Child Cancer (ChildCan) – The Rib Festival is a very proud supporter of ChildCan. They provide an array of needed services to parents who have children dealing with cancer. Visit the ChildCan booth and make a purchase or give a donation to help this very worthy cause. Donations to ChildCan can also be made in the ChildCan Donation Drums located in the main Beer Garden, by the Country Stage and at each park exit. Be generous!
People’s Choice Awards – You get to vote for who you feel is the “Best Vendor” at the festival in these categories: Best Chicken Dish, Best Ribs, Best Side Dish, Best Dessert, Best Beverage, Best General Food, Best General Merchandise, Best Vendor Booth. Also, the Best Entertainment Act. As you wander the grounds of Victoria Park, consider any that apply to you and vote for your choices. Ballots are in your program and also available at the 2 beer gardens and the festival office by the Country Stage. Deposit your ballot in the boxes located by the two beer gardens, by the Country Stage and by the Studio Arts Stage
Judges Choice Rib and Wing Judging, Sunday at 3pm in the VIP Tent located beside the Main Stage. Don’t miss it! Watch as our illustrious panel of judges determine the Judges Choice Awards for the Best Ribs, Best BBQ Sauce and Best Wings. Master of Ceremonies is Nick Paparella from the A Channel.
